The electrolyte diffusion & degassing chamber standing box is specifically designed for professional Li-ion Battery Research.
It is mainly used for removing air from the electrolyte after it's
been injected into the polymer Li-ion cell or after the formation
for final sealing under a vacuumed condition.
Features
1. The vacuum remains stable. When holding, the vacuum is not much
lower.
2. The product has a multi-stage cycle operation function. Helps
the electrolyte to fuse more fully.
3. Through the perspective window, you can observe the changes in
the cavity while working.
4. The upper cavity is driven by an air cylinder and guided by two
linear guide sleeves, which can move up and down flexibly, and the
guidance is accurate to ensure the product tightness requirements.
5. It can be applied to batteries of different specifications, and
the adjustment is simple and convenient.
6. The main machine and the control box are separated design, so
that the machine can work in the glove box or on the assembly line.
